陶瓷鮑爾環填料是一種高徑相等的開孔環型填料，鮑爾環每層窗孔有5個舌葉，每個舌葉內彎指向環心，上下兩層窗孔的位置相反錯開，一般開孔面積約占環壁總面積的30%左右。

二、產品用途（Product Usage）

陶瓷鮑爾環與拉西環填料的主要區別是在于在側壁上開有長方形窗孔，窗孔的窗葉彎入環心，由于環壁開孔使得氣、液體的分布性能較拉西環得到較大的改善，尤其是環的內表面積能夠得以充分利用。

陶瓷鮑爾環這種結構改善了汽液分布，利用了環的內表面，從而使得填料塔內的氣體和液體能夠從窗體自由通過。

三、適用范圍（Scope of application）

陶瓷鮑爾環適用于二氧化碳脫氣塔、臭氧接觸反應塔等作為接觸填料及其它反應塔。

Suitable for carbon dioxide deaeration tower, ozone contact reaction tower, etc. as contact packing and other reaction towers.

陶瓷鮑爾環填料具有通量大、阻力小、分離效率高及操作彈性大等優點，在相同的降壓下,處理量可較拉西環大50%以上。在同樣處理量時，降壓可降低一半，傳質效率可提高20%左右。
